2007 Strategic Plan - Refining Our Future

At the December 2007 Board meeting, the Board approved updates to the Strategic Plan. These are refinements rather than revisions, putting a sharper focus on strategies and related metrics in alignment with our three key initiatives: Sustainability, Integrated Project Delivery, and Diversity. The quest remains the same: continuity, consistency, and accountability. Again this year, the process began with collaborative exercises among a cross-section of stakeholders to review and refine goals, strategies, and metrics and clearly articulate what we want to accomplish, how to get there, and what measures success. This formed the basis for our action plans for the months and years ahead.

The process continues to evolve, but this plan takes big strides toward forging consensus on our priorities and clearly setting expectations. We look forward to meeting or surpassing those expectations in service to our members, the profession, and the communities they serve. And we thank you for your time and interest.
